Partner with Mutabiq

For accounting practices, ERP resellers and integrators, and e-invoicing solution providers whose clients' systems produce ZATCA Phase 2 invoice XML. Two ways to work together, and terms on request.

Who this is for

  • Accounting practices that check what their clients' systems export before it reaches the Fatoora platform, and want one place to do it for every client.
  • ERP resellers and integrators that configure invoicing for their clients and want to check the mapping before go-live and after every change.
  • E-invoicing solution providers that want a second, independent reading of the XML their own system produces.

Two models

Referral

You introduce a client. The client holds its own Mutabiq organisation and plan, pays Mutabiq directly, and deals with Mutabiq for support. Nothing changes on the client's side, and you keep your own relationship with them.

Reseller

Subject to terms agreed in writing, you hold the plan and the organisations under it; further organisations start on the Free plan unless each has a plan of its own. You check for your clients yourself or give each client an organisation of its own, and bill your clients yourself. Mutabiq's relationship, and its support, is with you.

No fee, discount, margin or volume is stated on this page, because none is set until it is agreed with you in writing.

How to ask for terms

Write to support@hayatiq.ai and say which model you have in mind, how many clients you serve, and roughly how many invoices a month you expect to check. Terms are agreed per partner, in writing, and are not published here.

What you can use today

  • The Team and Partner plans. Their monthly allowances and organisation counts are on the pricing page; the owner of a Team or Partner organisation creates the further organisations under it, each with a plan and an allowance of its own.
  • The API, on Team and Partner: the same rules as an upload, a key held only as a SHA-256 hash, and a rate limit per key. The API documentation has the endpoint, the errors and the limits.
  • The rule pages and the ERP guides, which you can link to from your own material: a page for each rule that mirrors a ZATCA clause, with a worked example, and guides to getting the invoice XML out of the major accounting systems and out of platforms, POS and billing tools.
  • Reports your clients can read: every finding in English and Arabic, printable as PDF, and exportable as CSV on the paid plans.

Mutabiq is an independent pre-validation tool against published ZATCA requirements. It does not issue or submit invoices, connect to the Fatoora platform, or represent ZATCA certification or approval, and that holds however a client reaches it.
