ERP guides
One guide per system: the file Mutabiq needs from it, where that file is usually found, what to check in its XML, and what to do with the findings. Each guide keeps to what is true of the system in general, links the vendor page behind every claim about it, and names no screen or menu Mutabiq has not verified.
ERP and accounting systems
Your system, or an add-on connected to it, generates the XML.
- Odoo
E-invoicing Odoo documents as part of its Saudi localization, and the address, identifier, type-code and exemption-code elements to check in the XML.
- SAP Business One
The ZATCA XML usually comes from a partner add-on; the type code, counter, hash, QR, signature and totals to check in it.
- Zoho Books
Phase 2 built into Zoho Books, with the XML attached to the invoice PDF; the address, name, identifier, note and totals elements to check.
- Qoyod
UBL XML generated inside Qoyod; the VAT number, date, exemption, address and identifier elements to check in it.
- Daftra
The Phase 2 link per branch, customer data saved on each invoice, and the identifier, address and totals elements to check.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
A partner-built Saudi localization; the type code, counter, hash, QR and totals to check in the XML it produces.
- Oracle NetSuite
An Oracle extension that reads the subsidiary, location and customer; the type code, identifier, address and note elements to check.
Store and POS platforms
The platform issues the invoice inside its own service; whether it hands you the XML is what each guide answers.
- Foodics
A cloud POS activated per branch and per cashier device; the Console's per-order XML download and its ZATCA Invoice List report, and the seller, type, rate, counter and return elements to check.
- Salla
A store platform linked to Fatoora from the dashboard; no XML download is documented, so what to ask for, and the seller, type, rate and refund elements to check if you have the file.
- Zid
A store platform linked to Fatoora from the dashboard; no XML download is documented, so what to ask for, and the seller, type, rate and refund elements to check if you have the file.
No system of your own
A provider, a billing pipeline or an app issues the documents; these guides name no vendor and say what to ask for.
- A solution provider's portal
No ERP: a stand-alone Phase 2 solution or an integrator's portal issues the documents. What to ask the provider for, and the seller, type, counter, buyer and totals elements its mapping most often gets wrong.
- A billing platform and a provider
Invoices raised on a billing platform, mapped and sent by an e-invoicing provider. What to ask the provider for, how to check a month's export, and the buyer, currency and totals elements to check.
- A phone invoicing app
A PDF with a QR code is a lawful simplified invoice and holds nothing to check; what to ask the app for, and the few elements to check if it gives you the XML.
