Scope

This policy covers paid Mutabiq subscriptions. Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase of Mutabiq, and Paddle’s own checkout terms govern the purchase itself.

Fourteen days on a first payment

You can ask for a refund within fourteen days of a first payment.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time.

There are no partial-period refunds.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record.
