Plans and pricing
Four plans, one product. Every plan runs the same rule pack; what changes is how many documents you may check in a month, how many people share the account, and which exports you get.
Mutabiq is an independent pre-validation tool. It does not issue or submit invoices, file tax returns, connect to the Fatoora platform, or represent ZATCA certification or approval.

See what a ZIP check returns before you buy: a sample batch report, and the same result as a CSV or JSON download, built from Mutabiq's own test invoices.
Both prices are in the table: the monthly price and, beside it, the price of a year bought at once. The buttons buy the monthly price.
Annual billing is ten months for twelve. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply; Paddle is the merchant of record.
Billing is in US dollars through Paddle; the riyal figure beside each price is its equivalent at the fixed rate of 3.75 riyals to the dollar, and prices exclude VAT: Paddle applies your country's tax rules at checkout and shows the total before you pay.
The plans are sized for sampling and for a batch checked before it is reported, not for every invoice you issue. Above 15,000 checks a month, contact us for a quote.
Every plan runs the same rule pack: it checks 96 of the 242 rule codes in ZATCA's SDK 3.4.8 rule files. What is not checked, and why.
Not sure whether you need this at all? Who must e-invoice, non-residents, printed copies, store platforms: the answers.
Limits and refunds
- What counts as one validation?
- One XML document checked. A ZIP is counted by what is inside it, so an archive of forty invoices spends forty validations. ZIP batches are part of every paid plan, and the Free plan includes one ZIP a month of up to 5 files, which count toward its 5 validations.
- What do the batch report and the CSV look like?
- Open the sample batch report: a real result from a ZIP of Mutabiq's own test invoices, shown as the results page shows yours. The same result is there as a CSV and a JSON download, written by the same code as the results page's export buttons. Those downloads are part of every plan from Starter up.
- How many invoices should I check?
- Fewer than you might think. The invoices from one system come from one template, so a fault in the mapping shows in every document it produces and a sample finds it: a few of each kind you issue (standard, simplified, credit and debit notes) after any change to the mapping, and a handful a month after that. The plans are sized for that kind of sampling and for a batch checked before it is reported, not for every invoice you issue. This is guidance, not a guarantee: a document Mutabiq has not checked is a document it has said nothing about.
- Is the Free plan enough to find out whether my system is right?
- Often, yes. Five checks a month is enough to put one of each document kind your system produces through the rules and read what comes back. If every one passes, you have learnt what a sample can tell you; if one does not, the finding names the field to fix in the mapping, and the next month's five tell you whether the fix held.
- We issue from many branches or devices. What should we sample?
- Each issuing device keeps its own counter and its own previous-hash chain, so sample per device rather than per company: put one device's day in a ZIP and check it once a week. The archive checks follow the counter and the chain through it, and a mapping fault on that device shows in every document. Team's 2,000 and Partner's 15,000 checks a month are sized for that; a chain that wants every invoice checked is outside what the plans are for.
- What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
- The next check is refused and you are shown the plans. Nothing is charged and nothing you have already checked is lost. The count starts again at the beginning of the next month.
- What if we need more than 15,000 checks a month?
- Partner's 15,000 checks a month is the largest allowance on this page, and nothing above it is priced here. Above 15,000 checks a month, contact us at support@hayatiq.ai for a quote, saying the volume you expect. The plans are sized for sampling and for batches checked before they are reported, not for every invoice a large group issues.
- Can colleagues share one subscription?
- Yes, up to the number of users the plan includes. Everyone in the organisation shares its plan and its monthly checks, can check invoices under it, and can see its check history; inviting people, removing them and managing the subscription are the owner's alone.
- We are a group of companies, or a firm with many clients. How are we meant to buy today?
- Each organisation in Mutabiq has a plan of its own: its monthly checks and its users are its own, and no organisation's plan covers another's. Team lets its owner create up to 4 more organisations and Partner up to 24 more, each starting on the Free plan. A firm that checks for many clients can keep one organisation per client, or check for all of them under its own organisation on a plan sized for the total. For a group of companies, contact us at support@hayatiq.ai and say how you buy.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT, and who issues the invoice?
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Paddle, our merchant of record, applies your country's tax rules at checkout, shows the total before you pay, and issues the receipt for the purchase. You can add your VAT registration number at checkout.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can ask for a refund within fourteen days of a first payment, and you can cancel at any time. There are no partial-period refunds, and refunds are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record.
- What happens to the invoice I upload?
- The XML is processed in memory for the length of the request and is never stored. What is kept is findings metadata — rule ids, severities and locations — and any run label you type; no invoice value is written to a log.
- How do I reach support, and how quickly do you reply?
- Support is by email at support@hayatiq.ai; we aim to reply within one business day.
