Mutabiq is operated by HAYATIQ AI SOLUTIONS - F.Z.E, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, licence 56374.
What the service does
Mutabiq performs pre-validation of Saudi ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoice XML (UBL 2.1) against published ZATCA requirements. You upload a document, it is checked, and you receive a bilingual diagnostic report. Pre-validation is the whole of the service.
What the service does not do
- Mutabiq does not issue, generate or send invoices, and does not submit invoices for clearance or reporting with the Authority.
- Mutabiq does not connect to the Fatoora platform.
- Mutabiq is not certified or approved by ZATCA, and holds no certification, accreditation or approval from any authority.
We give no warranty that a document which passes pre-validation in Mutabiq will be accepted by ZATCA.
Eligibility
Mutabiq is for business use only, and you must be 18 or older to use it.

Fees and billing
Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase of Mutabiq, and Paddle’s own checkout terms govern the purchase itself.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
Liability
Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect loss, nor for penalties, rejections or delays arising from a document’s treatment by ZATCA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute under them.
